Inclusions:

• Extra bed & mattress facility: Our hotel does not provide extra bed and mattress facilities.
• Taxes: The table displays only Rack Rates. All taxes are excluded from the room rates and will be added to the final bill.
• EP (Continental Plan): Tariff quoted is under the Continental Plan, which includes your Room Rent and Complimentary Breakfast.
• Complimentary Breakfast: A fixed menu breakfast is provided with certain room packages. However, there is no buffet option available.
• Breakfast Menu Variation: The menu for the complimentary breakfast may vary daily based on availability.
• Breakfast Timing: Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in the hotel restaurant.
• Driver Accommodation: Driver accommodation is available at Rs. 350 per driver per night in a dormitory. It is recommended to book driver accommodation before checking in as it is subject to availability.
• Group Tariff: Group tariff rates can be provided upon request.
• Room Rate Changes: Please note that room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Child Policy:

• Children up to 8 years of age: Complimentary accommodation without an extra bed. Complimentary breakfast is included for these children.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

• Non-Refundable Bookings:Bookings made during long weekends, such as New Year, Christmas, Holi, and Durga Puja, are non-refundable. This means that if you make a booking for these specific dates, you will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation.
Cancel 7 Days Before Check-in Date: 90% refund on the full amount. Cancel 3 Days Before Check-in Date: 50% refund on the full amount. 0 - 3 Days Prior to Stay: No refund. Minimum Cancellation Charge: 10% on the full amount.
