Booking Policy
- Room reservations are subject to availability.
- A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in.
- Advance booking with payment is necessary to confirm a reservation.
- Single Guest Accommodation: We may accommodate single guests travelling for genuine business purposes, subject to proper verification. However, we generally do not accommodate single guests travelling solely for tourism. This policy is based on safety considerations, verification requirements, and local circumstances, including past safety incidents involving single guests in the Bakkhali area. Where necessary, we may consult the local police authorities before confirming a booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings made during long weekends and peak holiday periods, including New Year, Christmas, Holi, and Durga Puja, are non-refundable.
- Cancellation 7 or More Days Before Check-In: A 90% refund of the total booking amount applies when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellation 3–7 Days Before Check-In: A 50% refund of the total booking amount applies when cancellation is made within the applicable 3–7 day period before check-in.
- Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in. The stated minimum cancellation charge is 10% of the total booking amount.
- Please review your booking confirmation for any booking-specific cancellation terms. Where a booking is designated non-refundable, the non-refundable condition applies.

Check-In and Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM.
- Check-In Hours: No check-in is allowed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.
- Power Cuts: Air conditioning (AC) and geysers are unavailable during power cuts.
- ID Proof: All adult guests must carry valid ID proof and present it at check-in.
- Main Gate: The hotel’s main gate closes at 10:30 PM. Please plan your return accordingly.
- Outside Food: Outside food is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
- Swimming Pool Timings: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Pool Attire: Swimming costumes are mandatory for using the swimming pool.
- Smoking and Drinking: Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the outdoor areas or pool area.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed within the premises.

Payment Terms
- We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Taxes and service fees are to be borne by the guest.
- Rack Rates and Taxes: Rates displayed in room-rate tables are Rack Rates only. Applicable taxes are excluded and will be added to the final bill.
- Room Rates: Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Extra Bed: The hotel does not provide extra beds or mattresses.
- EP Plan: Includes room accommodation only; breakfast is not included.
- Breakfast (CP / MAP / AP Plans Only): Fixed-menu breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Buffet breakfast is not available.
- Breakfast Choices: Each eligible adult guest may choose ONE option: Luchi & Sabji, Butter Toast, or Egg Toast. Each option is served with tea and ONE additional egg preparation of the guest’s choice: boiled egg, omelette, or poached egg.
- Children’s Meals: Breakfast is not included for children.
- Driver Accommodation: Driver dormitory accommodation is available at ₹350 per night, subject to availability.
